Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact your stylist as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. If payment cannot be processed, the outstanding balance must be paid in full before rebooking.
